Asset management firm expands

DURING the past 10 years, Horsham-based Crickmay Asset Management has grown steadily and now services clients in a variety of sectors including private and company investors, investors in commercial property, SIPPS and freehold residential management companies.

Further expansion is on the cards for the company during 2012 with the appointment of experienced facilities manager Alan Tarrant into a new role of property condition and services assessor.

Designed to act as a roving troubleshooter Alan’s role will include inspecting all properties managed by the company, identifying and resolving maintenance and health and safety issues.

Alan joins the existing small team in Crickmay’s Horsham office of Marcus Staples, Director responsible for day to day running of the company, Coral Baverstock, in charge of all financial matters and Lynette Northcott, Marcus’ PA and the first person to contact with any queries.
