Barnham conservatory firm Outside Interests announces measures in response to coronavirus

A long-standing Barnham based business has spelled out measures to protect its customers and staff in the wake of the coronavirus outbreak.

Managing Director Mark Pacey confirmed the business will remain open during the week but shut at the weekends, however, visits to the showroom would be by appointment only.

He said: “Right now the wellbeing and safety of our staff and customers has got to be paramount.

"We are taking the stance of business as usual but we are monitoring daily the guidelines set out by the Government, however, we have made our opening hours at the weekends by appointment only to the showroom.

“We can still do home visits for clients to carry out surveys and we will follow the correct protocols to protect our customers and our staff."

Outside Interests has traded from Barnham for 35 years, designing and installing conservatories, orangeries, windows and doors in PVCu, aluminium and timber as well as a huge range of timber buildings from sheds to summerhouses, aluminium and cedar greenhouses, plus quality cane furniture and ornaments

The showroom at 2 Barnham Road is open 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, weekends visits are by appointment only.
