Brilliant Brighton, made up of 517 city centre businesses in the Business Improvement District, dressed the city centre with hanging baskets, bunting and banners for the summer.

As well as the colourful bunting and eye-catching banners adorning streets in North Laine and The Lanes, hanging baskets are also now in place – brightening up Brighton for the season for residents and guests alike to enjoy.

“There’s nowhere quite like Brighton, especially in the summer,” CEO for Brilliant Brighton, Gavin Stewart said. “We want our city centre to make a lasting impression on holidaymakers and daytrippers, who are contributing £815 million to the local economy, as well as brightening up the streets for local residents.”

“We’re thrilled to be entered for this year’s South and South East in Bloom competition. Green fingers crossed that the judges agree how marvellous Brighton looks and that we win Best Business Improvement District!”
