Trails have been a popular feature of the LoyalFree app in Chichester with over 9,000 trail interactions since the partnership began in 2020. The Otter Key Worker Trail, showcasing ten otter figurines around the town dressed in key worker uniforms, had over 800 scans.

Oriana Di Mascio, Chichester BID projects manager added: "Chichester has such a beautiful history and we are delighted that the digital trails on the LoyalFree app ensure residents can still enjoy the city in a safe way."

Digitised historic trails, provided by the Chichester Society, could help residents discover more of the city's rich and interesting history.

Sophie Hainsworth, co-founder of LoyalFree, said: "In such a testing time for the high streets it is crucial for us to adapt and utilise technology to allow the public to support and enjoy their high street in a safe way.
