Coffee shop to open in Chichester

H and S Coffee will open in the site of Coffee Lab which closed down earlier this month in Cathedral Courtyard, off South Street.

Sam Silverston and his partner Holly will open the shop on March 23.

Sam said he is excited to get the doors back open to the coffee-loving members of the public but said there are some concerns, "I am a bit nervous, all of our savings have gone into this and our hard work and everything. Then there's all this stuff with the virus, but I think we will be alright."

H and S Coffee will be using the same coffee beans as Coffee Lab were using in a bid to retain some of the cafes original customers.

Changes have been made to the shop's interior too with an additional table being set up to allow for extra seating.
