The hospitality industry has been counting down the days until it could invite its customers back inside. And today was the day.
It was fantastic to see people heading back to their favourite pubs, cafés and restaurants.
We went along to Brighton' s Donatello Restaurant and the Shelter Hall on the seafront where customers were enjoying the chance to dine inside again. We also popped into the Caxton Arms, in North Gardens near Brighton Station and Kooks restaurant in Gardner Street to see how they were getting ready to welcome customers back.
There was a real sense of positivity in the air and it was fantastic to see. Staff were so excited to be able to welcome customers back.
