Customers will be able to get exclusive weekday deals when the restaurant in Lottbridge Drove reopens on Monday (July 13).

Pizza Hut Restaurants has been able to maintain the unlimited pizza offering with it’s new ‘Bluffet’ concept, whilst minimising contact and guests travelling across the restaurant.

Diners will be able to remain seated whilst being brought food and drink straight to their table.

The new Bottomless ‘Bluffet’ offer is available for both adults (£8.50) and children (£5.50), weekdays until 3pm.

The offer includes unlimited individual sized pizzas, a bowl of salad, plus free tortilla chips and a basket of garlic bread sticks, all brought to the table by a member of staff.

On arrival, guests will be asked to enter the restaurant via separate lanes depending on whether they’re ordering a takeaway or coming to dine-in.

Pizza Hut says all will be greeted by a host at the front door, where dine-in customers can pick up their own pre-wrapped cutlery and single-use menus before heading to their table.

Once seated, guests can now order through Pizza Hut’s new mobile ordering, developed especially for reopening.

Those with children will be provided with a kid’s activity sheet including single-use or take-home crayons.

Replacing the popular Ice Cream Factory is the new ‘Ice Cream Builder’.

Servers will bring a bowl of soft scoop ice cream and a variety of sweets to the table, to be built and mixed as diners wish.

Kathryn Austin, of Pizza Hut, said, “We’re delighted to start re-opening our restaurants across the UK this week.

“The new Eat Out to Help Out scheme, announced yesterday (July 9) by Chancellor Rishi Sunak, will also help us reunite guests with their Pizza Hut favourites and we look forward to updating everyone on how this will work once we receive further government guidance.”

In line with government guidance, Pizza Hut Restaurants says it has implemented ‘stringent’ social distancing and hygiene measures to best minimise the risk of transmission.

All staff will have a daily temperature check ahead of their shift to ensure they are fit to work.

‘Wellness hosts’ have also been introduced at all dine-in restaurants – a new role specifically created to minimise the risk of Covid-19 transmission.
