Haywards Heath man’s virtual cocktail masterclass from Ibiza base

Steve Edmonds set up Southside Bars, a mobile bar company based on the party island, five years ago.

But when the pandemic hit in March last year Steve took the firm online, getting in front of a camera to teach people how to make cocktails remotely.

A week after coming up with the idea Steve had already given several online classes and now, almost a year later, Southside Bars has delivered lessons to thousands of people all over the world.

Customers have the option to have cocktail ingredients and equipment sent to them or to provide their own with lessons teaching people how to measure, shake and pour a selection of popular drinks.
