“[It is to] cheer up everybody in Horsham to be smiling again after this.”

She added that the decorations in the window are not for sale but that she hopes they will bring joy to people.

Rossella said the deli has stayed open during the second lockdown as it is an essential store but it is limited to one customer at a time.

She added: “I like to help Horsham people. Last time it was very difficult for some people. I will try to stay open for them. Also becuase we love CHristmas. We did this display especially for the people in Horsham.”

Rossella said young people are in a rough position and are ‘stressed out’ so she hopes the festive display will help cheer them up.

She added: “We did this lovely Christmas display for them.”
