The project, which started in November 2019, is on course to complete in the winter of 2022/23.
The first 40 homes, including 15 which are social housing, are likely to be occupied by the end of the year.
According to the developers, the project, once completed, will provide a 'host of benefits to the local community', safeguard the future of the airport and provide 'much-needed homes'.
A spokesperson for CALA Homes said: "Interior expert Haley-Grace Card from Interiors by DAPA provides an exclusive tour of CALA Homes’ sought-after New Monks Park development in the coastal village of Lancing.
"The tour showcases three, two to three and four-bedroom showhomes available at New Monks Park, as well as the marketing suite.
"Located one mile from the coast of Lancing, this flagship development of over 600 homes will include a new 52-acre county park and new school upon completion, offering a coastal lifestyle that’s suited for new, growing and established families."
CALA said limited opportunities remain to secure an early 2022 move on this development as the first phase has begun selling quickly.

West Sussex County Council said financial contributions for building the school were secured as part of the legal agreement known as section 106.
A spokesperson added: “A site for a new primary school is included in the New Monks Farm development in Lancing to cater for the increased numbers of children living in these houses and those nearby.
"Further information and a timeline will be provided as the development progresses.”
