Luxury accessories label opens shop in Brighton

Launched by Abigail Keefe in 2011, the brand produces unique bespoke accessories made from vintage Japanese kimono obi silk and premium, soft nappa leather.
Abigail Keefe said: “The Kimono product range includes bracelet cuffs, handbags, clutches and purses, which are lovingly crafted in the UK and all have a story to tell.
“I aim to do justice to the incredible design and craftsmanship the Japanese are so respected for. Each silk is selected by hand and my customers benefit from owning something very unique.
“No two bags are the same and the fabrics were once worn by Geishas or in formal Japanese ceremonies.”
As well as bespoke fashion accessories, Abigail has also expanded her range to include home décor - cushions filled with duck feather pads, table runners, bed runners, lampshades, curtain panels and framed wall art.
