New East Sussex pizzeria at former site of popular Indian restaurant opens on Saturday
Rudy’s Pizza Napoletana will welcome customers to its new branch in Jubilee Street, Brighton.
A spokesperson said: "After making serious waves across Northern England – from Manchester to Liverpool, Leeds to Newcastle – and more recently in London, Rudy’s is now heading to the seaside, opening its 32nd pizzeria. Taking over the former Chilli Pickle site on North Laine’s Jubilee Square, Rudy’s Brighton will stay true to the brand’s Neapolitan roots, serving its signature soft and airy pizzas, cooked in just 60 seconds using the finest ingredients imported direct from Naples, the birthplace of pizza."
