“This achievement also coincided with my anniversary of 20 years service here at Barchester. I look forward to growing further within this role and continuing to support the people we care for.”
Amanda was presented with flowers and a bottle of prosecco at a celebration to mark her achievement.
The new care practitioner role has been introduced to further develop talented care staff and enable them to give more support to the nurses working at the home.
