This is when Arundel Castle reopens to the public

All tickets must be booked online and there will be some areas which will remain closed due to narrow spaces and social distance restrictions, including the historic Keep.

A spokesman said: “We are pleased and excited to announce that Arundel Castle’s doors will open on Tuesday 18th May. Our friendly and knowledgeable guides will be on hand throughout the castle’s rooms to inform and help visitors to enjoy their day.

“Our next Medieval event will be over the May bank holiday weekend, with sword fighting, falconry, cooking, music and archery. This is included in the castle’s standard entry tickets.

Castle and garden ticket price for an adult is £20 and for a child (5-16 years) £10, with a family ticket for 2 adults and 3 children £50.

The castle is open from Tuesday to Sunday and on bank holiday Mondays.
