Vets temporarily close in Chichester and Birdham 'due to staff shortages'

A vets company has confirmed the temporarily closure of two branches in Chichester and Birdham.

AlphaPet Veterinary Clinics announced 'with great sadness' that, from Monday (April 26), both Chichester and Birdham branches closed until further notice.

The company said the decision was made 'due to staff shortages'.

A spokesperson added: "We are working very hard to recruit new team members but we want to make sure we find the right people so we can continue to provide the very best service to our patients and clients.

"As an AlphaPet client you can still use our West Meads surgery and medication, food, flea & wormer (which we can post) can be ordered via our website."
