Eastbourne hotel recognised in Tripadvisor awards

Devonshire Park Hotel ranked in the top 25 hotels in the United Kingdom and Channel Islands in the best service category.

The accolades are based on visitors’ Tripadvisor reviews left in the last year, prior to any changes caused by the pandemic, and award winners are said to exemplify travellers’ ultimate favourite hotels.

The hotel’s general manager, Hugh Drake, said, “It has been a difficult year, and reopening post-covid has had its challenges, so to be recognised within the top 25 hotels in the UK is a great honour.

“Customer service is always a priority and we will go to great lengths to ensure our guests leave knowing we have done everything possible to assist.

“We wish to thank all those guests who took the time to leave a review and we look forward to the holiday trade in Eastbourne to start growing stronger again.”
