Eleventh Horsham Microbiz event on Saturday

Horsham Microbiz, one of the most popular business events in Sussex, is being held this Saturday 9 March at the Drill Hall in Denne Road, Horsham, from 10am to 4pm.

Aimed at all small businesses and a treasure trove of information for start up businesses, this event has everything visitors will need and more in one place on one day.

This is the eleventh Horsham Microbiz and, as it’s only held once a year, anyone who owns or runs a small business or is thinking of starting a business simply cannot afford to miss it.

Organised by Horsham District Council, Microbiz is one of the most hotly anticipated events in the business calendar.

Why? In a nutshell, it is free to visit (and there’s no need to book beforehand), there’s an abundance of expert free advice on offer and visitors can chat to 42 exhibitors, each one carefully selected because they offer products or services that every small business needs and lastly the refreshments are delicious.

As if that wasn’t enough, visitors are given the chance to network as well as dip in and out of the FREE seminar programme.

This year’s line up of seminars is incredible with eight, thirty minute sessions on useful business topics such as marketing, trading internationally, self employment and tax, VAT, Twitter tips, websites, tips for growing a business and for those thinking of starting a business, how to turn the dream into reality.

The seminar timetable allows visitors to attend multiple seminars.

Bookings have been flooding in since the seminar booking facility was first made available through the Microbiz website a few weeks ago.

The online and telephone booking facility will close on Thursday 7 March at 5:30pm and any remaining places will be available to book at the Microbiz seminar booking table located in The Drill Hall on Saturday.

The 20 page Microbiz programme is available online (www.horshammicrobiz.co.uk) and hard copies are available prior to the event and on the day itself.
