Former Eastbourne travel agent hopes to become beauty bar

A travel agent which closed last year in Eastbourne has plans submitted to be converted into a beauty bar.

Documents submitted to Eastbourne Borough Council reveal the plans for the former PST Travel agent on Grove Road.

The former site of PST Travel has been vacant since the company moved to other premises on Grove Road last April, the plans say.

Plan show very few changes would be made to the layout of the site, with a main treatment room filling most of the space. A storage and staff room will be at the back of the ground floor.

According to the plans, the beauty bar would need two full-time and two part-time employees.

Members of the public can comment on the plans until April 15.
