Horsham chartered surveyors merge

TWO of Horsham’s established commercial agents and chartered surveyors, Crickmay and Bradburys, have announced a merger this week.

Following Peter Bradbury’s decision to leave the world of commercial agency his Horsham business, which was been running for almost 20 years, has been passed into the capable hands of Crickmay Chartered Surveyors.

Both companies provide agency, professional and asset management services and Bradbury’s former clients can be assured of a warm welcome from all at Crickmay.

Mr Bradbury said that he was retiring from commercial property advice to try his hand at something new.

Trevor Hucker of Crickmay added: “We are delighted that Peter has entrusted us with looking after his clients with whom he has had a close relationship with, in many cases, for a long period of time. We will be looking to build on the business that Peter has established and with our breadth of expertise be in a position to cover all aspects of advice on their properties.”

Some of the properties previously managed by Bradburys have been taken over by Marcus Staples of Crickmay asset management and he would be delighted to speak to any of Bradburys’ investment clients who might have any queries.
