The move to the prestigious seafront office suite is due to a massive increase in online and telephone business, which has reduced the need to have a ‘shop front’, although clients are always welcome in the new offices.

Director Ian Mantel is understandably excited about the move, which took place last week. “Since starting Manor Insurance in 1990, our turnover has grown to over £1.3 million a year but as most business is now done over the phone, we felt a move to a conventional office environment would suit our business model.

“We don’t have call centres, just a small group of trained and experienced advisors who help customers obtain the right insurance for their needs.”
