A Horsham marketing and creative agency will be embarking on a charity road race to Monaco in May.

Jumpstart Interactive will be one of twelve teams from the Gatwick Diamond Business Association taking part in a road race from Manor Royal in Crawley to Monaco.

They will be going head to head with GDB chief executive Jeremy Taylor who will be travelling to Monaco via public transport, and are aiming to raise at least £12,000 for 14 local charities including Chestnut Tree House, Golden Lion Children’s Trust, Home Start, Outreach 3Way, NSPCC, Olive Tree Cancer Support Centre, Rockinghorse, St Catherine’s Hospice, Kent, Sussex and Surrey Air Ambulance, Sussex Community Foundation, Sussex Wildlife Trust, Young Enterprise, and Young Epilepsy.

Jumpstart director Fiona Mulliner said: “We are delighted to be once again supporting local charities through the GDB annual charity challenge. We hope that local people and businesses will support the 14 local charities by donating to the challenge’s Justgiving page. These charities do vital work and deserve our support.”

Jumpstart has been a long-time sponsor of previous GDB charity challenges, but this year is the first time it will participate in the challenge itself.

To show the company’s commitment to supporting local charities, Jumpstart has promised to match fund whatever it receive in donations.

They have so far received generous contributions from local businesses and are hoping to exceed their £1,000 challenge pledge.
