New contemporary co-working hub is set to open in Brighton

A company which specialises in providing contemporary places to work is set to open a work hub at Trafalgar Place in Brighton.

Spaces, a ‘creative workspace pioneer’ which was first established in Amsterdam, has taken on 39 000 sq ft of space in Mocatta House, a six-storey building owned by Aberdeen Asset Management.

A spokesperson said: “Spaces is a creative working environment with a unique entrepreneurial ethos.

“Its workspaces offer an inspiring environment designed to integrate lifestyle into work, and members are encouraged to build their networks and make connections.

“The new Brighton site is designed to meet the varied workplace requirements of today’s entrepreneurial businesses.

“Private office and meeting space, as well a vast co-working space will be on offer, as well as an on-site café serving fresh deli food and barista-style coffee.”

Spaces, which was founded in 2006, already has hubs in London, Glasgow, Liverpool and Gerrards Cross and internationally in the Netherlands, USA, Australia, Japan, Singapore and Mexico.
