New partners appointed to local law firm

In recognition of their outstanding contribution to the success of the firm, solicitors Cara Sheppard, Jamie Salvidge and Debra Frazer have accepted invitations to become partners in leading East Sussex law firm Gaby Hardwicke.

Cara Sheppard joined the firm’s Private Client Services department in 2003 and undertakes a wide variety of work as a traditional private client solicitor.

Her specialisms include residential conveyancing, wills, probate and trusts, personal taxation, equity release, powers of attorney and Court of Protection cases.

Jamie Salvidge qualified as a solicitor in 2005 and became Residential Conveyancing Operations Manager at Gaby Hardwicke in 2010.

He has extensive experience in a wide array of property matters including domestic sales and purchases (both leasehold and freehold), lease extensions, enfranchisement, right-to-buy, buy-to-let, remortgages, new-build developments, transfers of equity as well as providing general property law advice.

Debra Frazer is a specialist family law solicitor with over 15 years’ experience. She is a member of the Law Society’s Family Law Panel and is also a Resolution-accredited specialist in the areas of private law, children and advanced financial provision.

She advises clients about all types of family dispute and is a Family Mediator and Collaborative Lawyer.
