New pilates studio coming to Heathfield

Plans submitted to Wealden District Council have been approved to replace Samuel & Sons Estate Agents at Eagle House with a pilates studio run by The Pilates Boutique Ltd.

The plans only alter the use of the ground floor of the building currently used by the estate agents. The size and appearance of the building, floor plan and access will not alter, according to the design and access statement.

The site will include a pilates room for classes, an office, storage room, toilet and kitchen.

Following the announcement from Boris Johnson yesterday (February 22) about how England is moving out of lockdown, it was revealed indoor fitness facilities will open again on April 12.

The plans have been approved by the council and will now move forward in development.
