No further action against three arrested on suspicion of fraud after Eastbourne raid
Three people have been told they will not face any further action by police after a raid at an Eastbourne gym earlier this month.
In an official statement released by Sussex Police today (Wednesday), a spokesperson said, “Those arrested on suspicion of fraud by false representation have been released with no further action.”
They had been arrested when police officers executed a warrant at the premises.
