Oil painting of famous Rye view goes up for sale
Rye Auction Rooms have for auction a large oil painting of the famous Rye print "A View of Rye From The Old Mill" on Friday 20th June.
Whilst not the original, it is still a very fine oil painting.
The auctioneer stated that about 30% of Rye households have a print of this view, but not an oil.
