The cash was raised throughout December across Fatto a Mano’s two restaurants in London Road, Brighton and Church Road, Hove.

“We’re really pleased to have raised this money between Fatto a Mano and our customers, and it means a lot to the team to be able donate to a fantastic Brighton-based charity,” said owner Rupert Davidson. “Rockinghorse was set up 50 years ago to improve healthcare for sick children and babies across Sussex, and has helped a number of people I know through some very challenging times. We’re delighted to be able to give them this cheque today.”

The charity was founded by the late Dr Trevor Mann back in 1967, as is the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton.
