The exhibition is now open until December 21 for local people to see detailed plans and give their opinions.

The information boards would normally be displayed in a village hall but due to Covid the boards are available at www.lowermayssolarfarm.com.

Chris Sowerbutts, founder and director at Lightrock, said, “We are keen to keep the community informed and advised throughout this project and welcome early feedback on the proposed scheme.

“We sadly can’t meet face to face at the moment but we are doing the next best thing – holding an online exhibition with information boards available for you to read and download.”
