Support for businesses this September with #StartUpSeptember
and on Freeview 262 or Freely 565
A campaign from Let’s Do Business Group, a business support organisation based in the South East of England, #StartUpSeptember is all about raising awareness of the support out there for start up and fledgling businesses – including free business support from local organisations, national programmes, plus workshops and webinars and everything in between.
Having been ran for several consecutive years and gained momentum each time, 2024 will be the first year that Let’s Do Business Group have the trademark for the campaign – and as a result, the Let’s Do Business Group Start Up September webpage is now acting as a hub for all activity and programmes in the South East and East of England. Included this year will be events directories per county in the region, including programmes from both Let’s Do Business Group and their partner organisations, such as Edeal (Sussex), the North Essex Economic Board, BEST Growth Hub, Berkshire Growth Hub, Ambitious Essex and more.

Hide AdIncluded in the campaign is a month long programme called “Ask the Experts”, which gives owners of both new and established businesses the opportunity to reach out and get the support they need for free. Including help from the experts on anything from business planning and finance applications to marketing and skills programmes, interested business owners can fill in a short online form to tell the Let’s Do Business Group team about what they’d like support with, and can then be directed to their local and most relevant support organisation. Free consultations are available under this campaign, as well as signposting to where to gain even more help depending on business location, sector and area of support.
