Rumours Cafe is up for sale on Terminus Road for £44,995. The independent cafe and tea room has been operating for seven years and a ‘complete transformation’ was carried out by the owners two years ago, according to the Zoopla avert.

The former premises of the Kathmandu Valley Indian restaurant on Seaside is for sale for £350,000.

This includes a four-bed terraced property with the restaurant facilities on the ground floor.
