Jean de Rien, who owns The Dining Room in Crescent Road, has shared the video on the restaurant’s Facebook page.
It is a musical parody of a scene from a well-known children’s film with cheerful lyrics about coming out of the lockdown.

Restaurants with only indoor seating are not permitted to open until May 17. The Dining Room will reopen on Saturday, May 22, with its trademark seven-course seasonal menu, using plenty of locally-sourced quality ingredients.
Jean, also known as Jon, said a silver lining of the lockdown has been there has been time to develop new dishes and hone The Dining Room’s flavour combinations and presentation.
“Opening in May also means that great seasonal produce like asparagus, Jersey Royal potatoes and lamb can be on that first menu,” he added.
