Staff at Westergate House Care Home in Fontwell, are well underway in taking part in the the Barchester Healthcares annual staff survey ’Your Voice!’
Launched last year, this initiative allows the staff team to have their say and shape the future of Barchester Healthcare.
Last years survey was a great success with many ideas, processes and procedures implemented to help the smooth daily running and care for the wonderful residents.

Paul Middleton-Russell, Senior General Manager at Westergate House, is very much looking forward to the outcome. Having steered the team for many years, he himself will be celebrating his 20 year anniversary with the company in March this year.
