Pupils at The Angmering School are celebrating their GCSE results after an extraordinary year.

In a rollercoaster six months, the coronavirus pandemic led to the cancellation of school and exams, before the Government scrapped a controversial algorithm designed to assign students grades.

Results have now been decided based on the predictions of teachers and the school said it was ‘really proud of every single student’ who completed their Key Stage 4 courses.
