Health Week at Birdham C of E Primary

Children at Birdham C of E Primary school have been taking part in Health Week this term.

The week focused on giving the children opportunities to learn different skills and tools that can support both their mental and physical health and wellbeing.

It was also able to remind the children that it is important to think and talk about how they are feeling both physically and mentally, and to consider who they might want to turn to if they feel like they are struggling.
