Leading sports expert inspires pupils at East Sussex school

Allistair McCaw spent last Wednesday (February 12) talking to pupils at Bede’s Senior School about leadership and potential.

One of the leading figures in human performance, team culture, and leadership, McCaw has worked with high-profile athletes, from Olympians to Grand Slam champions.

During his visit to Bede’s, the best-selling author spoke with sports scholars and sixth formers about improving their sporting and academic potential.

Key messages in his talks included the importance of exceeding expectations, instilling discipline to reach goals, and fostering positive and motivational attitudes.
