Results from Brighton and Hove Sixth Form College

At BHASVIC, more than 900 students sat A Levels and an impressive 98 per cent passed overall with 60 per cent achieving the top A*, A and B grades.

An exceptionally high number of 22 subjects out of 40 had 100 per cent pass rates. Many students gained

three or more A grades with an increase in the number of students achieving four A grades.

Students taking AS levels in 2013 also achieved excellent results, improving again to an overall pass rate of 91 per cent.

Five A grades at AS level were achieved by four students at BHASVIC, including former Oathall Community College student Richard Johnson, and Fergus Rienecker-Found, who previously attended Chailey School.

Four A* grades at A level were achieved by five students, who previously attended schools outside Mid Sussex.
