K and G's Farm Shop and Pet Supplies will deliver goods for free to the car park at St Richard's Hospital as well as offering 15 per cent off to NHS staff.

The shop's owner Kelly Andrew said her parents are 'always in and out' of the hospital so understands the hard work of the staff there.

She said: "We have had quite a few nurses come in and one was quite upset about the whole situation. We have heard some really nasty stories."

The stories of the nurses touched the team and Kelly decided they would do what they could to help.

K and G's Farm Shop is now working with the hospital to arrange collections and deliveries of the goods.

A message that went out to workers at St Richard's read: "We can deliver and drop off orders around 7pm on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays for all NHS staff only.
