Most Eastbourne areas record a decrease in covid infections
Covid cases are beginning to decrease both in Eastbourne and across the UK after a spike in infections. The latest government figures show two out of 13 neighbourhoods in Eastbourne had a decrease in infections in the latest seven-day period – seven days to July 23. Eastbourne recorded 296 cases in the seven days to July 23, a rate of 285.3 per 100,000 people. Here are the neighbourhoods that saw the biggest decrease in infections.
