Vaccinations can continue at Clair Hall, Haywards Heath, says Mid Sussex District Council

Mid Sussex District Council has agreed to an NHS request to extend its use of Clair Hall, Haywards Heath, as a vaccination centre.

The original license granted to the NHS to use the venue for jabs was until the end of May this year.

But after the programme’s successful roll-out the NHS has asked to extend the license to the end of September for both first and second vaccinations.

Councillor Judy Llewellyn-Burke, MSDC’s deputy leader, said: “As envisaged when the licence was first granted in January 2021, we are happy to agree to this request and to play our small part in the national vaccination effort.”

Mid Sussex District Council said it would remain flexible in dealing with any future requests from the NHS for the continued use of Clair Hall.
