Watch NHS staff applaud the first young patient at St Richard's Hospital to recover from coronavirus

The patient was admitted to the Chichester hospital after contracting Covid-19 and had to be intubated and ventilated for eight days.

Thanks to the hard work of the doctors and nurses looking after her, she has recovered and will now be going home.
