Heart attack life savers in Plumpton

Thanks to the efforts of Plumpton Village Action Plan, there will be three defibrillators available for public use in the village which has a population of about 1,500.

The equipment means that anyone who suffers a heart attack can immediately receive potentially lifesaving treatment.

The first defibrillator was unveiled outside the village shop in 2012. The second is about to be installed outside the Fountain pub and the final one is to be unveiled at Plumpton railway station on Friday, September 27.
