It will give visitors a chance to get advice and information on what support is available to them.

Dominic Goodeve, marketing and communications officer, said: “With one in four of us experiencing difficulties with our mental health, it is important that we know where to turn when we need help.

“Sussex Oakleaf have been supporting better mental health for 25 years now and we are thrilled to be partnering with local organisations to put on an event which not only celebrates that anniversary but will help the public to learn more about mental health and the support which is available to them.

“With information and advice available from more than 20 local service providers, a free café, workshops and the return of our award winning art exhibition, the day will provide visitors with an opportunity to learn, have fun and to share their own experiences of mental health.

“By coming together as a community, we can help to make better mental health in Sussex a reality.”

The event will run from 10.30am to 7pm at Clair Hall.
