The morning saw 40 talented dancers ready to show off everything they had to win a place in this year’s pantomime and appear alongside Fairy Bow Bells – Lynda Bellingham.

Choreographer Damian Czarnecki, put the dancers through their paces with a highly energetic dance to Steal Your Rock and Roll from Tony Award winning musical, Memphis the Musical.

Dancers spent the morning perfecting the dance before performing it to the producers for their chance to dance on the White Rock stage.

The afternoon gave the boys the opportunity to show off their talents as the Rats auditions got under way.

This time Damien got all the boys into character with a fantastic routine to Be Prepared from The Lion King giving them the opportunity to showcase, not only their dance skills, but also their great characterisation.

They rose to the challenge and the results were fantastic.

Producer, Daryl Back, was delighted with the talent on display throughout the day.

Both the dancers and rats performed to the best of their ability and their talent really shone through.

Decision making was hard as each auditionee fought for their place, but Daryl said she is absolutely excited with those cast and is looking forward to a brilliant run of this year’s pantomime spectacular, Dick Whittington.

The pantomime will run from December 13 to January 4 and tickets are available to book now. Lynda Bellingham (pictured) will star.
