Classic Wheels at Tangmere Museum
DRIVERS of classic cars and military vehicles defied the elements to attend a show in Tangmere.
More than 60 vehicles took part in the Classic Wheels event, hosted by Tangmere Museum in September. Amongst the vehicles spotted was a 1927 Bugatti Type 37, a Shelby Cobra, a Dolorean and an AC ME2000.
“The weather prevented the full enjoyment of such a magnificent collection of vehicles but the owners and visitors all enjoyed the museum with its aircraft, displays and simulators inside, with many promises of return visits in the near future,” said a museum spokeswoman.
“We certainly hope future events will be more favoured by the weather so the full glories of these fantastic classic vehicles may be fully appreciated.”
