Charting the struggles of the Suffragettes

The play itself is a dramatic account of the real events and relationships that were formed during the struggles of the Suffragette movement in 1913/14.

The story focuses on a group of activists who campaigned together and often paid a high personal price for their belief that women had the right to vote.

The production will be accompanied by an exhibition at the Stables about the Suffragette movement, as well as a discussion after the performance on Friday, June 14.
