His most famous songs are Amsterdam and Ne Me Quitte Pas.

But this is no mere tribute act, Dead Belgian creates a unique song while still paying homage to the man himself, or as UK Folk Radio put it: “Dead Belgian have created a sound that is all their own, while remaining true to the spirit of Jacques Brel’s music and poetry.”

The Roomz is at 33-35 Western Road, St Leonards.

Doors at open at 7pm, and admission is free though contributions are welome.
