‘We have a tremendous team of staff, including Fiona and Emma, who are excited about the enhanced marketing opportunities for customers that come with being part of the largest independent franchise estate agency group in the UK.’

A few months ago it was announced that the property group Hunters had bought Countrywide Franchising Ltd, which traded as Bairstow Eves Estate Agents.

Never one to let the grass grow under its feet, Hunters has given the nod for its team of marketing experts and designers to transform the look of these new offices.

The acquisition has made Hunters the the single largest independent estate agency franchise operator, with a network of more than 140 branches.
