All residents will receive an individual care assessment, overseen by Julie, and a tailored care plan will then be provided by YourLife Management Services, a partnership between McCarthy & Stone and Somerset Care Group, one of the UK’s largest and experienced not-for-profit care companies.

In addition, Julie will work alongside chefs at the 24-hour, on-site, waitress-service restaurant to ensure residents’ nutritional requirements are catered for, and will manage a team of 10 staff, who will provide round-the-clock support. Julie will also ensure residents get the most out of the support facilities available at the development, including the residents’ lounge, hobby room and wellbeing centre.

Julie commented: “It is very exciting to be joining a forward-thinking company that puts its customers at the heart of everything it does.

“The great thing about tailored care living is it offers residents with a choice that could well remove the need to ever consider a move to a residential care home.
