Property developer Bellway is building 165 new homes at the Kingsland Gate development off London Road, on land which was previously owned by the golf club.

Hide AdTwo showhomes have already been built at the development, and a further 30 properties are currently under construction, the first of which are due to be completed and ready for occupation in February.
All the homes at Kingsland Gate are part of Bellway’s Artisan Collection, a new range of contemporary home designs which combine traditional craftsmanship with modern construction techniques.
