Offices to go under the hammer

A PURPOSE-BUILT office block in Battle will go under the hammer next month.

Watch Oak House in Chain Lane ha a guide price of £150-155,000.

It has eight office units and is believed to generate an annual rental of £15,600.

Watch Oak House is among 27 lots being sold by Clive Emson, the regional land and property auctioneers.

The auction will take place at the Hilton Brighton Metropole on Monday June 11, starting at 11am.
